Cage decorating?

I want to redo my chins cages and would like to have some ideas. Any and all will help. Also if you know where online i can get quality chin toys for the cage and playtime at reasonable prices. Preferably in bulk so i can make my own but also would like some already made toys for a good price. Also where i can get good wheels and not spend a fortune for my ten babies.

^ these are great wheels imo. But i can assure you they wont fit into the cheap category. I have two Large wheels for my chins. They do work great. They last a very long time. If something goes wrong its 99% of the time the barring which is about a $2 fix. but the initial investment is high. Ive tried standard size wheel before when i couldn't afford a large one for my girls. It worked i guess. But i could easily see that it was a bit to small for them.
