building a hiddie house

I have two girls w/ two houses that I put together so the are attached and open to each other. I want to build one with a second story to the house but is there such thing as too big ? The houses now are just the 8x8's that we
can buy. For a hiddee house is bigger better or does it defeat their purpose ?

Ray: I think hidey houses can be as big as you like. We have one that is 8X14, the boys love to be in the house together. You can see if they like it, if not, you can take it out and figure it out from there.
