You don't have to brush your chin. The only people that really do are those who show, and only for the show. You can get show combs, but a flea comb for dogs can also work. And those are closer to $1 than that $9 brush. A dust bath is all they really need grooming-wise. If you do brush you're supposed to brush from the tail toward the neck.
