hows it all goin with them?? I love my gerbils!! the more u do the more exciting and fun it is!! i love hearing any new stories!

I used to give them small bits of whatever I was eating - carrot, green bean, rice (they loved rice) tomato, strawberry etc.

sweet potato is another favorite - and if they ever have a tooth problem, sweet potato baby food is a big hit!

I'll post some new pictures of them in a bit. I'm cooking and my hubby is hungry!! They are so much fun and having a blast so far.

Ok, here are some more pictures of my darling Chip and Dale. I got rid of their plastic hidey house since they were chewing on it. I added a bunch of toys but most are hidden under all the bedding. I love the idea of spoiling them rotten just like all my other animals. They are sooooo cute!

The second picture is Chip who ran in to take his place when Dale left
The third picture is of Dale munching away
The fourth picture is Dale on his wheel - he is not very good on it!
The last picture is Chip on the wheel - he runs like the wind!

Dale is much more outgoing and social, Chip is pretty shy.
