Hello! I'm mdav. I live in upstate New York with my husband. Work PT and attend grad school. I have always owned and loved animals since I can remember. I have two crazy cats, a pit bull/sharpei mix, and an American staffordshire terrier.
Recently, I decided to add a new family member. I have now had my sweet chinchilla Bigelow (biggie for short) for a week and a half. I may be a bit biased, but he is a very beautiful standard boy in my eyes. He was a bit skittish the first day, but warmed up very quickly. He adores his scritches and dust baths!
I havent been able to take great photos yet, but I did include one if anyone would like to see. I am actually expecting his new ferret nation cage today! Super excited about that. And a new fleece set by the end of the week.
