Best type of saw?

I usually stick to preparing twigs and perches for my chins and the rescues. I was wondering though if I decided to make some coins what is the best saw to use. I only have a hand saw so I need to buy whatever type is best!

A chop saw or band saw would work very easily and safely for most anyone.

I use a chop saw for coins and whirlies

Always chop saw! I now refuse to make coins until I get a new chop saw. To difficult and unsafe with other saws.
