I also agree that I think a month on Baytril is a lot! I would think 10-14 days... then maybe a more mild antibiotic. - I see you quit the Baytril, did the vet think she needed any additional meds.
When my girl was on Baytril it took a little over a week of handfeeding after the meds before she started eating on her own again. I think what you are doing now is good. Keep us updated!
