Not entirely certain. I know I had my Satin in a footbath (~1cm warm water) at about 2 months... little girl had super-duper poopy feet from wheeling.
How old is your hedgie? And what form of messiness has hedgie gotten into?

I think these are the little ones with mites, right??
If you do end up having to give them a bath be super careful they don't get a chill. Desperate times call for desperate measures, but I really don't have an answer for you. have you tried posting on hedgehogcentral.com?

Most of the mites are gone when I gave my female a bath and cleaned there cage. I have only seen one or two on them now. I havent tried there yet but I might. Thanks for your help!
