Hey guys! I know I'm hardly around anymore, but things are just crazy now with the move and school and all! My boyfriend's birthday is coming up in a few weeks and that boy would rather eat banana pudding than anything else. I decided to try to make some home made banada pudding for him.. Does anyone have any good recipes for this? I got a recipe from his grandma, but the way she wrote it down-- I don't understand it at all!!

I don't like the taste of "real" home made pudding. This is what I always make:

Banana Pudding

vanilla wafers (I use two boxes)
bananas (pretty close to being green)
1 large box Jello sugar free instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. cool whip
8 oz. sour cream
3 cups milk

Mix pudding and milk with mixer as directed; add cool whip and sour cream. Beat to mix. (will thicken to a pancake batter consistency when it is ready.)

In a large bowl, layer vanilla wafers and then bananas. Spoon half of pudding mixture on top and then repeat with another layer. I also crumble vanilla wafers on the top.

It's better if you make it the day before and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
