K so I have a 9 wk old male who seems to be grooming or itching down there excessively all of a sudden. I was curious if I should do a hair ring check. I didn't realize babies could get them. Is this common or could it be a fungus from a leaky water bottle? He was taken away from his mom a week and a half ago and the water bottle I had was leaking then I got a new one a week later. Hes in a cage by himself. There isn't any hair missing and everything looks ok. I'm just worried and want to take all precautions in case it could be one of the two previously mentioned or something entirely dif that I'm unaware of. Any advice from experience or hypothetical is appreciated. Thanks so much!
