I believe so. I've bought them from a seller on cnq a while back. Just so long as they're from a safe source.

Yes, I have used that exact item in making my own chinnie toys. Mine love to chew them and they are safe.

I use the natural colored one. I have seen many people make toys out of that though so I would assume they are safe.
