My fiancé's parents got the Healthy Bits by Kaytee and it says for rabbits and chinchillas. Are they safe for Chinchillas though? Rinny is just over a year old and I want to make sure I don't give her anything she can't have. It looks like there are nuts in it which I don't think are good for Chinchillas.
Worst case I will just give them to our rabbit.

No, you should not feed them. They contain peas, corn and other ingredients that are not safe for chinchillas.
Use alfalfa hay, rose hips, rolled oats, apple wood, or safe herbs as a treat instead :))

Absolutely not for a chinchilla. I have NO idea about rabbits' needs, so can't speak to that.

A rule of thumb; Kaytee = no no. Everything they make is terrible for chins in my opinion and that product is not safe for chins.
