aquasense filteration system

would a aquasense filteration system work for filtering out water for a chinchilla? my fridge has one built in so it would work out well. if not i can go buy a different one. no biggie.

I think the point of using some sort of a water filter is to try and reduce the risk of gardia. So if the water filter is fine enough to remove gardia particulates, it should be okay to use. I would check online to see what type of filtering the system can do or just call up the filtering company and ask.

I use a Pura filter (it's a 3 step filter that says it can remove/reduce risk of gardia) that latches onto the kitchen sink faucet.

As far as I know Pur is the only at home filter that will filter out giardia.
