Anyone use Etsy?

Wanted to know how everyone else feels Etsy is.
I have a store on there but I am not sure I know how popular this site is.
I love making custom items for people but how else can I promote my stuff? My post here keeps getting deleted so instead of posting my link, I figured I would ask others if they have any ideas where I can promote my shop?
Its mostly baby stuff and dog stuff.

well for some reason I wasn't able to access the site for a while.

As momenteller mentioned, your link was deleted because you are not considered a contributing member. If you make 10 meaningful posts (oh cutes! on picture ads don't count) within 30 days or pay for a banner, you will be allowed to advertise. The link she posted goes through all the criteria in more detail.
