Any pixel artists here?

I am looking to start an indie game group but I am bad with pixel art. I was wondering if there is anyone on here who can do pixel art who wants to help me.

I know people normally look for money to do this stuff but I don't have any to give however since I am looking for a partner I was thinking the pay would be from the games we make the money gets split.

Let me know if you do pixel art and want to help or know anyone who does.
