you can use this just like regular all purpose flour. seriously the best thing I have found. I usually use bob's red mill. one bag of each.
2 parts- Sorghum flour
1 part- Brown rice flour
1 part - Tapioca flour
then for baking add the following to each cup of flour ( do not add ahead of time)
1 tsp- unflavored gelatine
1 1/2 tsp- xanthan gum
