My chin has a couple of nats in her fur ..one I plucked out by loosening it and then wiggling and pulling so she slipped that one but then on the other side there are two small ones...I dont understand why she is getting these

her cage is never dirty I clean the entire cage 2 times a week and spot clean each day

I use blue cloud dust 3 times a week.....

no sign of fur biting so far ( she had but stopped a long time ago)

should I be combing her and what is the best comb to use? TY as I know those nats can hurt!

some chinchilla are more prone to matting. All you can do is pull them as they happen

I guess I got one that is LOL Ive been wracking my brain trying to figure out what was causing it poor chin dont like her fur plucked :(
