Abscess

Hi, today I noticed a lump on my chins back. May be it is an abscess. Should I get worried? Had anyone's chin something similar?

You should take your chin to the vet. If it's an abscess it needs to be lanced and treated with antibiotics before the infection spreads or it bursts.

I suggest the vet as well. My chin had an abcess recently and it took 3 weeks to heal completely. She needed antibiotics and a topical cream. She is fine now, but the vet did clean the abcess for us.

I called my vet this morning and we are going tomorrow. I am a bit afraid what will happen, cause she is from now on maternity leave and I have to go to her collegue... the vet said, it's nothing serious ... so we will see. Doesn't seem that it bothers my baby. Everything is fine (eating, drinking,activity) but I am freaked out :-( :-( :-(
