You can ask at Pet Valu stores, I know they can order them. Dunno if they'd price match it for you though.

I have my chins in the bedroom with a Chin Spin and the only noise I hear is the sounds of little feet running. :P I checked out the video and I can say that my wheel has never been that noisy, maybe its just an issue on how its bolted or the cage bars themselves.

If you do order something from them, make sure they don't send it UPS. They are notorious for charging outrageous brokerage fees!

I named my second chin Pumpkin after I started calling my first one Pumpkin-Peach....! Haha Your Zucca is a cute little fellow :)

I really wonder what it is about vaccuums that drives chins mad. Mine go bonkers everytime I take it out to clean some chin poo and they charge right for it....Fiesty little beasts!
