I made a cuddle-husband for my Daisy, and she used to push her house off the ledge to crush him, she'd carry him around by his tail, and pee on him. I think it was an abusive relationship haha! Though one time she brought him to the food dish. Your chinchilla is cute with his buddy =)

Just want to add, when you use bag balm, put it on the feet (not too thick) but hold the chinchilla for a few minutes and then wipe the bag balm off or they will have shoes made of poop after a few steps! lol And I'm pretty sure you should only put it on the back feet..I don't think they'd...

I have a little girl who was a bit too small (she's still pretty small overall) but I was told to give her alfalfa hay as a supplement, plus she loves it. (And her larger big sister loves it too haha!) I hope that could help him grow a bit!

Does anyone else's chinchilla allow crazy scratching like my Daisy? She used to be really unfriendly, like any chinchilla when you first get them. She got a tummyache a while back, and I got her medicine which I gave her every 4 hours and I would rub her tummy for ten minutes after the meds...

It's so sweet that they're so friendly to eachother through the bars. I have a duo and a single, and whenever they get together even for a second they try their darndest to kill eachother. =/

She wouldn't be able to reach there, but if she's housed with other chinchillas maybe one of them is a chewer who chews on her. Poor thing.
