There is no such thing as a white snowflake. Either the hedgehog is a white or a snowflake version of one the colors. To differentiate between the two a white has 95-97% all white quills. Basically there are only a couple of banded quills on the whole hedgehog and they are often hard to find. A snowflake is typically 30-70% all white quills. There are snowflakes that have more white quills, but they are still snowflakes.
