Skin off the nose

Newton had a little piece of skin on his nose that I thought was fuzz. I took it off and then realized it was skin and it caused a little bleed. Now it is scabbed and I want to be sure I treat it if needed so that it doesn't cause an issue. Anything I should/can use to help it heal and cleanly?

I wouldn't fuss over it too much. Since it is so close to the nostrils and not severe I wouldn't apply anything to it. Just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't look infected and it should heal fine.

You're not paranoid, just concerned. It is better to ask the question and find out what you did, than to not ask and do the wrong thing.
