lol, getting wet certainly doesn't kill them! Getting a bath in a strange place by a strange person is pretty stressful though.

I had many an incident where a roommate left the toilet seat up, and I'd have a wet chin streaking across the house. Fastest way to dry them is a couple of paper towels for the excess water and a dust bath. )

athletes foot powder

This happened to a friend of mine, and the vet recomended athletes foot powder. You put it in there regular dust bath. They never did any testing, he just knew this would help, and by golly it did.

But the athletes food power is for fungus if I remember correctly. Some vets in certain areas say to put it in their dust bath all the time. Not good for the lungs though.
