Hi, I am new to forums and especially to this one. I always wanted a hedgehog with black and white quills but the breeders close to me have only white as this snowball hedgehog. I heard of incidents when hedgehogs lose their quills and can hurt themselves with them and the bedding I have is this cozy cup and the inside is completely white. I am only afraid that I might sometimes not realize when hedgehog looses some quills.
In the future, will the hedgehog change the colors of its quills? or no?
