Hello everyone!!
I have a little guy who is about 11 weeks old. He has just finished up quilling and now I have a few concerns. He is eating about a third less than what he used to and pooping a whole lot less. He is growing well and appears to be plumping up. I have checked to make sure that his belly is not hard or tender (just to make sure he isn't having a digestive issue).
He is running on his wheel through the night (and still peeing on it) but there is no poop on it in the morning. Before it would be caked in poop and required a good scrubbing. There is poop in his litter box but generally just a couple of peices a day.
Overall I would say he is in good health but since I am new to the hedgehog world I don't know if this drastic change in pooping is normal after quilling.
Should I be concerned?
