Liquid stuff in cage

Hi.

My sister's chinchilla is lately making strange noises, he acts like he's dizzy and she's also found brown-red liquid stuff in his cage.
Any ideas what's wrong?What is this liquid?
We will take him to the vet, but he's not familiar with exotic pets.

Brown/red "could" be urine. Urine for chins is not clear to yellow like it is for a human or a dog. Chin urine can sometimes can be mistaken for blood if you haven't seen it before.

As far as the strange noises and dizziness, I doubt anyone can help you with that. There's not enough to go one. I hope your vet is able to help.

A few questions - what's the temperature where your chin is? Did this happen after play time?

Thanks for the reply-so, it could be urine.

The room temperature where the chin lives is between 19 and 22 °C.

The symptoms appear anytime - during playtime and while in cage.
