Dosing simethicone

I searched and found that you give 0.3 ml to gas drops. But that was for an adult. What about younger chins? Is it the same dose or less?

I give a dropper full every few hours when a chinchilla is having bloat and massage their belly

I also give a full dropper, you can't really OD simethicone since it stays in the GI tract.
