Well today he looks just fine. He winked at me today and his eyes are as wide as the moon.. just like before :) Thank you everyone for answering though! I think I might want to take him to the vet just for a check up.. just in case if he is having problems, I can detect it soon! Thank you!

haha I read it somewhere before getting him and I thought to myself, wow what a money saver.. I regret it now :/.. but fungus usually makes chinchillas shed.. right..?
