The bald spot doesnt seem to bother him but im getting him some more toss toys to see if that helps in case hes bored

Thank you for your reply. I moved Nimbus's dish into his hut and he started eating again. He is a very shy chinchilla so im thinking he he didnt feel comfortable eating in the open all of a sudden

my nimbus hasn't been eating his pellets he gets Mazuri he eats his hay and drinks water and is acting otherwise normal its been a few days what should I do we dont have access to a vet as there are no exotic vets nearby. Please help he means so much to me.

My chins have a routine as well Nimbus sneaks out of his cage everyday when I open the door to clean or feed him (he is a funny little one) And my girls every morning have to give me nose nibbles (mostly Cloud as Beatrice is still shy) And my Nigel has to groom my arm everytime I'm in his cage.

Yes Cloud let me sort of pet her. Beatrice lets me pick her up (although she is still grumpy about it) And Nimbus always wants attention.
