Chins can overheat or have toes amputated in those ball things, not a great solution. Out of curiosity why do they think they can do as they please if the chin is yours? Seems odd to me? You need to have a real conversation about who the chins person is. Even my husband doesn't let my chin out...

So happy that Sydney's bass equipment pan arrived, I may end up ordering another and using it on the 2nd level once my hubby builds the shelf! But for now I think this will work :) hoping the fleece thing works too :):)

I had that one and was told by a chin breeder to remove it, they can get their toes caught and injure themselves, so I took it out right away

I love your set up!! For the bridge my thought is on the lower level you have 2 platforms directly across from each other, the right side one is by the water bottle, what if you move those 2 and put each end of the bridge where those were?

Animals are great for kids to grow up with, as long as the parents are the primary caregiver and willing to teach the kids the appropriate way to care for each animal in the home :) I think my son is so lucky that he has an animal lover as a mom!

:wacko: Wow! I'm new to chins and even I know that article was very disturbing! As with any animal, even more with "exotic" animals, people can be so misguided!

I've always fed Mazuri to other species I've had, rabbits, tortoise etc. and am switching Sydney to Mazuri next week once her existing food is almost gone
