Ok my biggest worry is now that winters just around the corner and its starting to get cold i'm wondering how to keep her warm. Not so bad when i'm home as i can keep the room at a suitable temperature for my chin but when i'm not home theres no heat and it gets really cold. So my question is...

My 7 month old female chinchilla goes ontop of her house and turns herself upside down and moves around upside down which is quite amazing to see. Just wondered if anyone elses chin does this or know anything about it.

Had my 4 month old female chinchilla for 3 weeks now. I clean her cage completely once a week and each time i have changed her bed, which is a wooden house with hay in, i find she has peed in it. Could this be because of her age or a sign of lazyness?
