So my boyfriend bought me a chinchilla from Petsmart around December. I admit I didn't know much about them but I learned a lot more after I got her, from here of course! Well today I saw another chinchilla at petsmart and it broke my heart realizing the horrible environment they have these...

She's beige. And the room is about 65 degrees. It's not really after she's playing, just randomly. It goes away after like 10 seconds. She doesn't even use her chinchiller, it's as if it's too cold for her Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was looking at my chinchilla earlier and I notice she has a kind of yellowish stain on her fur near her "poop spot" I mean I don't think there's anything wrong I just don't know how to clean her fur either because a dust bath won't work :( Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Does anyone else's chinchilla do this? My chin Bella will only poop inside of her cage, when I let her out, she never poops anywhere, and if she needs to, she just runs back in her cage, it's great lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
