Mindy plays in my bathroom (The basement I keep her cage in is unfinished at the moment, and has all kind of chin-scaries..) every day, except Fridays and Saturdays, which are the 'house cleaning days'. I don't want her in a freshly bleached bathroom, I'm afraid of the fumes messing with her...

I make Mindy cardboard houses, and she loves them!! They don't last very long (Usually end up cleaning up cardboard bits every day..), but they are free! Visit a 24-hour store (Like Walmart or king soopers.. not sure where you live, so stores vary from place to place.. this is just an example)...

Well, I am actually a pretty good seamstress, and the patterns I have been finding look easy enough! I'm just not sure where to get the fabric, I have never heard of it... Can you get it at any hobby store (Say Micheal's or Hobby Lobby?), or is it more specialty fabric stores?

Awh :D I love their personalities! I made her a temporary buddy out of toilet paper rolls, and she seems to love it! It comes with her everywhere.. When it's time for bed she takes it to her corner and cuddles up with it. But, she ends up chewing them up and I have to clean up the mess and find...

Okay, I will post pictures, It's almost done. I wrapped wire mesh around the cage that has smaller spacing and sanded down all the even slightly sharp edges, and laid down pieces of cardboard covered in bedding for a solid bottom, and I made her a little hiding house that she can have her babies...
