I have a small 1br. My chin is about 3 meters from my stove and my sink is a little closer. She's been a happy camper for 3years. I got her when she was 4. So she is aprox 7 and spunky/happy. No health issues.

Maybe remove the unhealthy dried fruit from his diet.

I had a local seamstress make some for my cage(it's older). I use binder clips to hold them in place, they work well and only cost me about 10$ plus fabric and they match the rest of the cage.

My chin does this in an attempt to move my hands from places she wants to go or to reach things I am blocking.

I made some fleece "bumpers" that I attached tightly around the outside at the level of each of the shelves and perches. Also one that wraps around entirely for the 4 inches above the base pans.

My chin makes those sounds often. I think they are happy vocalizations. If I make them she will respond with more noises like that.

Against all advice, my animals have hung out together, but highly supervised. The cat is petrified of the chin. The chin is fazed by nothing. The cat hisses and hisses and finally runs away. If the cat does not know the chin is out the chin will initiate contact and tease the cat, the cat runs...

Has anyone fed their chin Curly Willow wood? I know white willow is not safe but have read that other types of willow are ok.

How about curly willow?
