oh, and probably will have to wrap a ferret nation temp. for kits. I believe the critter nation has the smaller bar spacing that kits can't slip through - double check with others though to make sure because I'm not 100% positive on that.

I make 3-plys and for the middle I do the cheapest fleece I can find - normally anti-pill solid colors. PRE-WASH fleece however you're going to wash it first BEFORE sewing (shrinkage).

I use the flying saucer in both of my cages, I like the fact that there's nothing for them to "chew" apart, that they allow the chin to run naturally (horizontal, rather than vertical) which I also think is better for their backs, and that they are easy to clean (non-scented baby wipe) & no way...
