I hate seeing chin owners feeding their chinchillas over-priced treats (that are probably processed with weird preservatives) and unhealthy, fatty treats like raisins. (Not raisins!:cry3 So, I want to provide a healthier alternative to pet owners but I am not sure of the best way to go about it.:hmm:
Some suggestions on where to put up ads, personal testimony about websites (Etsy.com for ex.) and what YOU, as a loving pet owner, would like to see in treats would be splendid.
I stay away from all the obviously unhealthy treats and use HOMEMADE dried fruits (no extra salt or sugar), dried hibiscus or rosehip, alfalfa hay and sparing amounts of oats in my treats. Constructive criticism welcome. Thank you! ChinchillaLOVE:thumbsup:
