Want someone to do an animation...

I am looking for someone who might be able to make an animation for me.

I'd like the poodle on this page to look one way, then back in about 4 seconds, while a couple hands with camera's pop up and "flash" her... lol okay that didn't come out right.

It is going to be for my mom's site for her pet photography PawPurrazzi.

Would love to pay in wood for chins, but regular monies could be arranged depending on price.
