Hi all,
We're getting into the emergency preparations and are trying to find a good vet just in case. We're just north of Boston, and would love someone in the Boston/northshore area. Any ideas? I saw some posts about the Sager Animal hospital, but if there's any others let me know!

he may be a little too North for you - but we use Dr Anthony Guerino in Portsmouth, NH - Phone: 1-603-436-4922. We luckily have not needed him too often but the times we have he has been helpful and knowledgeable. Sager's website recommends leafy greens daily for chins.

I would recommend The Odd Pet Vet, he was knowledgeable and inexpensive, but he has weird hours so call ahead and get his schedule. If your chin has an emergency and that vet is not working, then you'll have to call either the RI vet or the NH vet that is mentioned above. I almost went to the RI one a few months ago, but then the problem ended up not being an emergency so I haven't been yet. They were very nice on the phone though and assured me they had an exotic specialist. Whatever you do though, don't go to Angel Memorial in Boston, your chin is better off seeing no one than they are going there!

thanks!

thanks for the help! I saw the other post as well, but I was hoping maybe someone new might appear. NH isn't too far for us, so maybe we'll try that or the Odd pet person. :) gotta keep those chinnies happy!
