sapphire and violet carrier

im just wondering, i saw a picture of a sapphire violet chin on my breeder's site and was wondering what it meant, does it mean it has mixed genes from botha violet and sapphire? (im new to all the chins stuff) thanks!

A blue diamond has both the sapphire and violet genes. I have one and they are a beautiful color.
