Ranch Brand OCCR?

I thought O's weren't used in ranch brands but I have a chin that was given to me with an ear tag that says OCCR. Anyone know who that is?

Are you sure it's not CCCR? That's Cosmic Constellations Chinchilla Ranch. Never seen OCCR though.

Do you know where they are/were located?

If it's a mutation chinchilla...I'm betting that's Mike Attard. He's Orange County Chinchillas and he's got a good sized herd down here. He's out near Gary I believe.
