NJ Rehomes LOTS of PICS

Here are pictures of my NJ Rehomes having their first play time with me. Also I installed two Chin Spins and new shelves in the cage they came in. They have a new house and a new tube and bridges too.

Awaiting October when I can put them into their own FN142. Sigh.

last few, REALLY.

We are due for cage cleaning and a long playtime tonight. I will be sure to take more pictures of Destiny the Ebony and Angel the Wite.

Last pic is of my first girl, Lenora. She wants to know, "Does this tube make my b*tt look big?"

I also showed how Destiny and Angel's cage is quite near to my Lenora's FN142. They all watch eachother which is just what I wanted. I did not want my Lenora to be alone even though she is alone in her own cage.

When Lenora has play time she goes over to the front of the other cage. Destiny the Ebony watches her. Angel the White runs down and gives her a good talking to through the bars of the cage. Lenora puts her nose right there but there is no bighting. Lenora is not afraid of Angel at all. We are being very very careful and do not plan any shared playtimes ever. Company in the room is all I was after and that has worked out very well.

Oh, and being totally new to Chins... It took me awhile to realize how BIG Destiny's ears are. I love her big ears. Such a special added bonus.

Just a head's up since I see you let them use the door as a ramp in and out of the cage. You might want to cover the bars with something (cardboard maybe) so they can't possibly get caught in the wire.

They look good though! Just curious why you don't want to try and intro the girls together if they are getting along through cage bars?

Hi Ash, point taken on the cardboard. Can make something today before playtime.

The white, Angel, was agressive through the cage bars towards my other white. I think she would have gone for her if possible.

Also, I don't want to take any chances on injury to any of the three. But I am more concerned with not risking the relationship between the bonded pair. They have been bonded for 6 years.

I am thinking of introducing a baby to my baby before she gets any older. If that did not work out I have room for one more cage.

I can see how so many of us end up with so many cages...
