Jemma and Zim

Here are some pics of Jemma and Zim. Jemma is showing her lovely Blu Kote fur from the ringworm treatment. Zim likes to fall asleep in the middle of eating hay. Sometimes he falls asleep on top of his timothy hay house and falls off, then goes back to sleep where he lands, silly boy. They are both so entertaining, love it.

Thanks guys My favorite is that last one I have of Zim laying in his bed. Sometimes he falls asleep sitting outside of the bed with his head handing in it. Jemma was just giving me the evil eye because I had woken her up. I have never had such entertaining little guys before.

I just finished cleaning their cages and I had to take more pics of course. Here are some of Jemma chomping away and trying to determine if she can jump out of the cage

And Zim and his trademark sleeping positions. He always looks dead or overheated. Still freaks me out but he is okay. He just loves to sleep like that. I snapped some pics and when I was done he sat up and looked at me like "Are you done yet?" and then went back to sleep.

Haha yeah, I love her Blu Kote coloring too. Every time we would put it on her she'd glare at me for so long from her cage afterwards and try like crazy to get it off. She's got some nice purple paws going too, poor thing. She's one of those rare chins that likes to be held though. She will sit with me for a good ten or fifteen minutes usually and let me give her scritches and talk to her. Sometimes she get wriggly but Zim definitely hates being held at all so she is quite different.

I just got the fleece cuddle ledges from Quality Mutation Chinchillas and I wanted to post this picture of Jemma enjoying hers. When I first put it in she circled it and sniffed it forever, then tried to chew it and when she realized she couldn't tear it up now she doesn't want to leave it ahahahah. She will run out to go eat real quick or drink and then run back and climb in. She looks so comfy in there, like a little queen. Just wanted to share that. Now that I have my camera, you'll probably get sick of all the pics haha.
