Is this a Priming?

I wanted to know if this is priming, fur slip, or fur chew. The fur does not seem to be missing and there is no bald patch...just choppy and tuffs coming out. Also, does not appear chewed but I don't have much experience with this.

The break in the fur (where it doesn't lay evenly and you can see the white line) makes me think it may be a fur slip.

Yes it could be a fur slip...he came from a home that was not the best and who knows what went on there. I have not seen him slip fur with me other then the small tuff...so I was not sure if it was a slip or priming also there really is not any bald spot but I suppose with a small slip you might not see a bald spot.
