Hey guys,

So our wheel just broke and we are looking for a replacement for them, but we want this next one to actually last longer then a few months. I was thinking of building our own wheel. I would like everyones feedback to see if this is a safe material for them to run on and probably nibble on eventually out of curiosity. If this does work then what else would I possibly need to build the rest of the wheel?

If you do a search on here, it will bring up some other threads that can give you some ideas. I don't know if anyone on here has perfected a homemade wheel (safe, quiet, and easy for them to run on). The few threads I've followed, it seems as though the supplies end up running close to what a silver surfer would cost ($50).
