my chin is obsesed with this bracelet. is it safe to let her play with it? or the threads can be toxic or something?

I would say no, don't let her play with it. She could break off a thread from the bracelet and could become impacted from it. Better safe than sorry.

What a cute little chin! If you want to play tug-o-war then maybe use some sisal rope, would give the same effect without the chance of getting the cotton threads.

You could also try an apple stick. My guys love running around the cage with them and tossing them around. Definitely substitute with a safe toy.
