FDA warning on Zicam products

Personally I don't take these products. I'm a firm believer in echinacea, garlic, and vitamin C regimen for reducting the effects of a cold, but just in case some of you out there take this Zicam. Please check this out.

I have used Zicam but only the oral ones. I hate sticking things in my nose!
