I am known as ETC, which is Extreme Timmins Chinchillas as that is what I want to specialize in....

my two babies were born as "extremes" but they are 5 months old and are beautiful...under my pics they are Rain and Wolf...could you tell me if they would be considered extremes or mosaic...

Honestly a mosaic is a mosaic is a mosaic. They just have unique markings, but where sales or shows are concerned they are simply considered a White.

Hey there Rainschins, Megan is correct, EXTREME is just a way to describe a chinchilla as they have unusual markings, but they are still considered a white.....or simply a mosaic. Your chins are beautiful by the way!

I love the Panda! My boy Vengeance would probably be considered extreme, he has a lovely solid silver tip except for a big white patch on his hip. It doesnt show up all that well though, but I still love him!
