Edible Logs

I bought one of those edible logs a couple months ago ( http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753529 ) and it has gotten quite smelly recently. Is there a way to clean it at all or should I just toss it?

Toss it. Those have too much sugar and aren't very good for chins.

They're is a really cool safe alternative called fiddlesticks house. it is made up of natural wood logs and you can manipulate the shape of it. You can do a search for it on petsmart.com as well : )

As FutureDVM said, those contain to much sugar and are "designed" to be chewed/ate, and are not safe for chins. =)

I second Samantha's suggestion on the fiddlesticks though. They are great. You can make it a house, bridge, or even a shelf.

Mine have one of those, too. Got the large (rabbit) version, they are way to heavy to be moved around. During the day Charlie uses it as hide house and at night they always sit on there and watch tv.
