Dry Skin?

I have no idea what is going on with Athena. She's excessively itchy lately. I mean, my skin is completely dried out, part of living in Alaska. Could she also be suffering from this? She was fine during the summer time, and her amount of dust bathing has not changed

Any suggestions??

How often is she dusting? I usually cut the amount my chins dust back in the winter. You may want to skip a few baths and see if it helps.
