Here's what I'm looking for, a good, FLUFFY, chocolate chip cookie recipe.

It seems every time I try to make them they end up flat... : /

Not sure if it's me, or the recipe ( we're pretending it's the recipe!)

2 1/4 c flour
1tsp baking soda
1 c butter (softened)
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) instant pudding mix-I use vanilla, but others can be used
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 pack chocolate chips

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Combine flour and baking soda. Set aside.

Mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets about an inch apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

These are very cake like cookies, you can change the flavor by changing the pudding flavor or the chip flavor. Happy Baking!

I am going to try this tomorrow. I have the same issue with my cookies always coming out flat. They look great when you first take them out of the oven but flatten out when cool. Can't wait to see if this recipe works for me.
